The Companies Administration Course is a seven week programme. Two hour sessions are held once weekly. This programme enables participants to gain an understanding of the set up and regulatory requirements of companies.

• Changes to Company Registers: Directors/Secretary/Shareholders
• Cayman Islands Monetary Authority – Regulator
• Introduction to Financial Reporting
• Compliance and Accountability
• Final Exam
